Wall

You can see the wall of the cages are more durable and security no matter which products you use it for, the wire mesh do have different sizes besides the size of the design, we normally use 50*50mm wire mesh design during the production of these security cages, but 30*30mm, 100*100mm or 150*150mm are all the common sizes and designs for the cages, all of these different designs are depend on the usages of the cages which requested for our customers, you can custom different designs with us together.

Lid

The lid of the cage can promise the goods more safe inside the cages, the lid can not open normally after you close the door which the design is super, we can supply another lock if you need for the lid and most of them are designed without lock besides the lock of the door. The design of the lid do have the same style with the wall, wire mesh design allow the cages are more safe even you using them for storage goods only, the lid are mostly designed with folded which easy your working.

Base plate

The base plate of the roll cage trolley are made with solid metal plate, the thicker materials allow you can using them for heavy goods, there are more big metal tubes under the solid base plate to give more support for loading more heavy goods on it. The materials of the cages are more thicker for a 600kg loading trolley compare with any other cages, so do not focus on the type or the style of the cage, you need to check more details of the trolley like painting, wheels, weight of it and all of these elements are infect the price of the cage.

Wheels

The wheels of the metal trolley can be made with PP material, nylon material and metal material, the metal material wheels do have higher price and more durable using, they are mainly used for heavy duty folded cages, the sizes of them are normally choose with 5 inches, 6 inches is another choice which you can choose, but we do not suggest much bigger wheels to promise the security of the cages during using, some of the wheels we have in our factory and some of them we have to buy from our cooperator, we accept your wheels if you have.

A plan is needed before you come here for a visit, so we both can prepare all questions and solve almost all of the problems during the visiting and meeting. You can come by yourselves, this is the best method and quickest way that you can know us better, you also can send your people or third party company to visit us, so we need to know more of your visiting plan for the first step.

Item listed

After knowing your visiting method, we have to listed all of the problems of both, like what you want to know and checking in our factory, some of them can not shown you and we will tell you in advance since the confidentiality agreement with any other customers, so these items will be confirmed before you visiting us.

03/

Confirm date

After confirm all of these things, we need to know the date you want to come, so we can gather all of our people like technical person and production manager to give a help, sometimes our design manager will come to give a help for our project, all of these will depend on the listed items which we have to solve the problems.

04/

Visiting

The visiting will be company with our production manager or sales manager, they are very professional for all kinds of products and production process, a meeting will have after the visiting and all of our team will prepare to help you solve the problems and give your a good solution for your project if you need. A video visiting do have the same process during visiting.

05/

Feedback

We may can not solve all of the problems during the visiting and meeting, especially the problems which are not listed before, we have to test it and try to find out the suitable result for you, so a feedback is needed for these questions, we will follow the team and give a feedback in a quick time, and give a feedback also for the meeting and our visiting.

Order begin production

After solving all of the problems now, the order can be begin with these confirmed data and specification, we can supply a sample no matter which product you need, the sample is made by hand, so it will not that perfect compare with our bulk order, but you can see the construction and test it before the bulk order, or we can begin the production directly.
