By name brand
Most name tags are made of stainless steel in different sizes, some are very small, some are larger to show more information, if you have your own name tag, you can email us and we can also make it for you, the brand needs to be mounted on the cage with special nails with holes, this needs to be done in advance during the production process.
By labeling
Labels are another way to display your information, most labels are mainly printed with plastic materials that can be glued to the metal roll container, so the cage does have a part with solid board, make sure the space is large enough to put a more secure sticker on it.
By printing
Printing is also a common way to produce logos, but the problem is that you have to find a place with solid to make sure the logo can be placed on the mobile wire cart, we can't use this method for metal mesh cages without any solid board, metal name tags are the only choice.

Confirm product
You have to tell us the size of the double sided carton cart, the loading capacity requirements during work, the color and style you want to buy, the double sided roller cage is a very simple product, our factory has standard types, you can also customize with us to meet your use, all details have been confirmed and included in the contract, we will make samples to show you before the bulk order production starts.
Deposit payment
The deposit needs to be sent to us before the production of demountable roll pallets, the first delivery time is usually longer, 30-35 days, the raw materials need time to produce, and the mold sometimes needs a new set, so we have to make sure everything is ready for production. You can send us payment in different currencies, you need to tell us if you have requirements, because we have different accounts for different currencies.
Production
After receiving the deposit from the customer, we start production, the production includes multiple processes such as painting, welding, testing and assembly, for some of our customers, they do have labeling requirements and will install brands on the 2 sided roll cage, we will also help them do this in our factory. We can control the production of each process to ensure the quality of the cage.
Shipment
After the production is completed, the loading and shipping will be faster, it depends on our customers at this step. Some of them don't need one shipment, they need the arcawa gitterwagen delivered every week, so maybe we need to deliver one, two or three containers a week to make sure they have enough time to arrange the storage and unloading work in the warehouse.
