How To Extend Service Life

Do not storage them outside

The whether of outside are more complex with snow, wind or rain, will damage the paint of the roll cage for a long time, we suggest you storage them in a dry but not moisture or hot places.

 

Do not overloading goods

Overloading will not safe during your work, each product do have limited for the weight of loading, the shelves and plate will be damaged if your overload the products inside.

Q: How to ship the goods when the order is less than a container?

A: For less-than-container orders, we cannot ship roll containers with loose packaging or pallets. They must be loaded into wooden boxes to prevent damage during transit. This increases packaging costs and unit price. Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping if you have an existing container and agent in China.

Q: How to loading the container?

A: Containers are loaded with loose packaging. Due to the height, roll containers are stacked upright and interlocked to prevent movement. We use PE film and corrugated boxes for protection. A 20ft container holds approximately 60 pieces; a 40ft container holds no more than 140 pieces. We always maximize loading to reduce your shipping cost.

Q: Do we need to pay mold fees for new products?

A: No. We design and produce all molds in-house, so we bear the full mold cost. For this year, mold fees are waived for all custom products. We also offer free samples for quality checking before you commit to bulk production. This applies to all special roll container designs.

Q: Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements?

A: No MOQ restrictions. For stock products, we can ship within 3 days. For customized products, lead time is approximately 20-30 days depending on complexity. Whether you need one sample or a full container, we accommodate all order sizes.
