Plastic base roll cage the roller is composed of a plastic base, side rails and casters. The base plate is made of reticulated resin base plate and equipped with steel plate and reinforcement to improve the overall strength of the plastic base plate. The side rail frame is composed of: Φ 25 bent round pipe, connected with plastic bottom insert. They are secured by buckles to ensure overall stability. The base plastic tray has a variety of colors to choose from, which can be matched according to your needs. The plastic base can effectively reduce the weight of the logistics vehicle and make it easier to move.

Movable shelves

The shelves which inside the cages can be moved, these shelves are made with hooks which can be installation inside the cage easily, and you can adjust the size of each layer, to matching your different uses when loading goods. You can put different shelves inside the cage to separate the space into different sizes, matching your usage.

Durable wheels

The wheels are made with nylon, which the size is 5 inches and they are more durable and stronger compare with a PP material, the color of the wheels are normally made with white or warm color, allow you can use the wheels with 500kg loading capacity, we accept your wheels and installation them for you with our cages also.

Smooth Plastic base plate

The plastic base plate do have much super feature as you know during using, the plastic materials will not rust during using even they are in moisture environment, the smooth surface will damage the cloth or any other product, the color of the plastic base plate can be customized without any extra cost during production, more super method for roll cages.

What you should know before purchase

Size limited

The size of the roll cages is determined by the base plate which made with plastic, since the plastic base need a mold during production and the cost of the mold are higher for different designs and sizes of base plate. So we do not suggest you buy a special size roll cage which we do not have mold of the plastic base, you can check the different sizes of our mold and than choose the suitable size of the cage.

Color limited

Color of the base plate do have limited since we do have MOQ for a color customized during production, the plastic base plate are made by PP pr PE, virgin materials which do have different formula, base cost do have for each time of production and we only begin a new production for more than 300 pieces of plate, or you have to choose our existing color of the base plate for your roll container.

Design limited

The design of the plastic base plate or the base design of the cage can not change since the mold is stable and can not change during production, so the design can not change easily or we have to change the mold with a high cost. Especially the design of the plastic base plate, you can use different materials for the production like food grade or recycle material, but you can hardly change the shape and the size of it.
