Introduction

Plastic pallets have been used in the food industry for many years. Vegetables, fruits, rice, and other crops can all be used with pallets. Pallets provide great convenience for the storage and transportation of these products. Therefore, plastic pallet for rice,vegetables, and fruit trays are now relatively ordinary trays. Although the requirements and the production process are stricter, it is still relatively easy and simple for us.

Material

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) has high density and strong impact resistance, suitable for low-temperature environment; PP (polypropylene) is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant (up to 80°C), suitable for humid storage. Both are non-toxic and meet food contact standards.

1200×1000mm is suitable for European standard shelves, 1100×1100mm is suitable for Asian standards; the socket height is 150mm±5mm, compatible with manual forklifts (load ≤2 tons) and mechanical forklifts.

Structural design

Grid design

Plane design

Advantages and disadvantages of six runner grid pallets

Advantages

Notes

Stacking quantity

50kg rice bags per layer ≤ 10 bags, stacking height ≤ 4 layers, center of gravity offset <5cm to prevent overturning.

Cleaning

Wipe with neutral detergent every month, strong acid and alkali are prohibited, and residual moisture needs to be air-dried to prevent mildew.

Sun protection

When storing outdoors, choose a pallet with UV stabilizer added, or cover with sunshade cloth to delay aging for more than 3 years.
