You can get larger size heavy duty pallet from us compared to the standard size, 4 x 4 pallet is the only one larger pallet size you can get from us, you can get any other larger size, such as 1300*1300 or 1500*1500 size.

For color check or material testing, you can get smaller plastic heavy duty pallets parts from bulk order, the shipping time for smaller parts on pallet is faster, it takes 3 to 5 days for shipment.
Finished pallet
If you want to check the quality of the finished product, then you must get a pallets heavy duty from us, the larger size can be shipped by air or sea, we provide you samples for free, but you need to pay for the shipping.
Formula
Recipes of plastic pallets stackable can be provided for inspection, whether they are virgin or recycled materials, you can see the correct situation and raw materials from the recipe we send you.
Can we do logo custom on the pallet
Embossed logo
Embossed logo on industrie pallet is a super method, they are made with mold, production of embossed logo requires smaller mold installed on production mold, we can help you print different designs or brand logo on pallet, color can be black or any other color.
Printing logo
We can also print color logo on injection moulded plastic pallets, we do have printers to help us print logo or any other information for you, we have designers to help you design the print file.
Other method for logo
There are many ways to customize and make logo on injection moulded pallets, you can use stickers with waterproof labels, or we can make plastic or metal brand for you on pallet, stick them on pallet or fasten them firmly on pallet with nails.

Formula checking
We can control the four way pallets from the original formula, which is the basis and important way of quality control in the production process. The characteristics of food grade and fire resistance are formed by the difference in formula.

Loading capacity checking
The load-bearing capacity of the pallet needs to be checked and controlled during the production process. Whether you buy hygienic plastic pallet or regular pallets from us, we test the dynamic, static and shelf load-bearing capacity.

Net weight checking
The net weight of the pallet is almost stable during the production process, but there will be tolerances for one model of pallet during the production process. Even if your order is less, such as 1000 pallets and 11 pallets, we can check the pallet weight for you.
