Provide design artwork

Production mold
The mold is produced according to the drawings provided by the customer. After the mold is produced, it will be continuously sampled and adjusted. We will produ three pallets or more to be tested. When the performance of the sample fully meets the customer's requirements, it will be sent to you for confirmation.
Customer confirmation sample
After the mold production is completed, we are waiting for you to confirm the sample.Physical samples are also acceptable. You can also ask for a sample test report, we will provide it. It will be put into production after final confirmation from you,then we can start bulk plastic pallets.

How to maintain the Cleanroom Pallets
Cleaning
Use a damp cloth or mild detergent to gently clean the surface of the tray to remove food residue, dirt or grease. Avoid using harsh or chemical-based cleaners to prevent damage to the pallet surface.
Dry
Use a clean cloth to dry the surface of the tray, make sure no traces of water or moisture remain. Prolonged accumulation of water or moisture may cause the pallet to deform or corrode.
Light Loading
Avoid placing overly heavy items or goods on the pallet. Plastic pallets have certain load limits, overloading may cause the pallet to be damaged or cracked.
Low temperature environment
In low temperature environment, plastic pallets may become brittle and easy to crack. If the pallet needs to be used in a low-temperature environment, make sure it is adapted to the environment and takes appropriate protective measures
How to Clean
Manual cleaning
1. Prepare tools and materials: soft bristled brush, bucket, cloth, neutral cleaner, and water.
2. Place the plastic tray on a spacious and flat surface to ensure a clean and tidy surrounding environment.
3. Dip a soft bristled brush in an appropriate amount of neutral cleaning agent and gently brush the surface of the tray.
After brushing, use a cloth dipped in clean water to wipe off any remaining cleaning agent on the surface of the tray.
5. Finally, dry the surface of the tray with a dry cloth and place it in a well ventilated area to air dry
High pressure cleaning
Suitable for situations where the stains are heavy or difficult to clean. This method uses a high-pressure water gun to powerfully flush the surface of the pallet, which can quickly remove stubborn stains. However, it should be noted that high-pressure cleaning may cause certain damage to the surface of the pallet, so the water pressure and flushing angle must be controlled during use. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents such as strong acids and alkalis to avoid damaging the surface of the pallet. Do not expose the pallet to the sun to avoid deformation of the pallet
