We process steel plates into finished metal boxes through multiple steps: first cutting, then bending, followed by welding, sanding, and finally surface treatment and assembly. As far as we know, many factories outsource some of these processes, which is the root cause of numerous issues, such as difficulty in controlling delivery timelines, quality fluctuations, and mutual blame-shifting among parties when problems arise later. These are all outcomes we are unwilling to see. We are different. As a professional metal product manufacturer, we handle all core processes-welding, bending, and powder coating-in-house. With a large and well-equipped production base and sufficient capacity, we can oversee every stage from production to shipment ourselves, ensuring quick responses to customer needs.
For bending, we use CNC bending machines and plate rolling machines, capable of processing both thin and medium-thick plates, handling a wide range of thicknesses. Components such as side panels, base plates, door panels, and reinforcing ribs are all formed here. CNC systems control bending angles and dimensional accuracy, ensuring consistency in mass production. For boxes featuring partial doors, the bending precision of the door frame is critical to smooth operation and reliable locking; we employ proven process parameters to ensure excellence in this area.

In the welding stage, we utilize both robotic welding stations and manual welding bays. Components such as the chassis frame, upright connections, door hinges, and stacking structures require high weld strength. We use continuous welding for critical load-bearing seams; all welders are certified, and welds undergo visual inspections and-where necessary-penetrant testing. Weld points are ground smooth to prevent injury to operators or damage to cargo. Our hot-dip galvanized steel containers support a load of 1,500 kg and remain stable when stacked-a testament to our superior welding quality. Defects such as cold welds or missed welds could cause the container to deform or even crack under a full stack load; we ensure such issues never occur.

Regarding the powder coating stage, as previously mentioned, we operate comprehensive pre-treatment and powder coating lines in-house. The entire process-from degreasing and phosphating to spraying and curing-takes place within our own workshops. This eliminates the need to transport workpieces off-site for coating and back again, thereby saving time and coordination costs while preventing potential surface damage or contamination associated with outsourcing.
We do this with a single goal in mind: ensuring that every metal box undergoes a complete inspection process before leaving the factory.Every product displayed on our website - from hot-dip galvanized steel containers to heavy-duty foldable stacking boxes - is manufactured in our own factory, and every process is supervised by us. Whether it is size specifications, load-bearing capacity, or various details of surface treatment processes, they are all completed by a professional team. In addition, whether facing large quantities of orders or urgent project schedules, we also guarantee to every customer that we will never sacrifice quality, nor will we speed up progress by simplifying processes. And before shipment, please rest assured that every box must pass size verification, appearance inspection, and functional testing. For heavy-duty boxes, we also conduct static load tests: applying a load 1.25 times the rated capacity for 24 hours and measuring any deformation.
