The special wall
Since the various goods will be used for this type of roll cage in the supermarket, so we design the wall of the roll cage with wire mesh with smaller size, 30*30mm is the common size which we design for a supermarket trolley, and 50*50mm is another choice for super market use roll container, bigger size of the mesh wall do not suit for supermarket use since the smaller things will drop out from the cage.

The loading capacity
The loading capacity normally made with 500kg of the cage since there are so many heavy goods inside the market, we have to matching all kinds of goods using inside the market and 500kg is the common capacity of the trolley. But if the size of the cage is smaller, the loading capacity of the cage can be made with lower like 300kg to 400kg, than the weight of the metal trolley will be light with cheaper price.

The design of the base plate
Some of the market do have a small warehouse or the space of the warehouse is limited, besides to make the size of the cage with smaller, we have to make the cage can be nestable with each other to save space as much as they can. "A" type roll cage is the common type and these cages do have heavy duty feature during use, another type is "L" type which the cage can stand and nest with each other, you can contact with us to know more of these different types.

Surface treatment
