Material of 3 Sided Roll Container With Plastic Base
Q 235
Q 235 is the material that our factory currently uses, it is cheap and it is also the material of most of our metal products. You can buy any of our products made of Q235, and since our factory has stocks of these materials, it can be delivered faster.
Q 345
Q 345 is another material that is harder than Q235, and the price of Q345 material is higher during the production process. Most Q345 materials in our factory are not in stock, so the delivery time will be longer, and there will be a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the production of different profiles.
Stainless steel
The price of stainless steel is indeed higher than Q 235 and Q345, and we have to order raw materials of different thicknesses from metal factories, but our factory has supporting stainless steel production equipment, and you can buy roll cages made of stainless steel.
Aluminium
Aluminum has the highest price during the production process, and we can do surface coating treatment or provide raw materials for roll cages. The most important thing is the weight of the material, this material is lighter but the strength is not high during the production process, so it needs to be considered more when customizing the cage.
