There is only one size for collapsible stacking crates in our factory, but you can choose different types from us, the size of our crates is 1200*1000*760 mm, you can get both solid wall and ventilated wall crates from us, you can choose lid and wheels from us, the prices are provided separately.
Folded walls
There are 11 different types for large collapsible crates to choose from, the sizes and weights vary, this is the basic cost of each crate, you can get different prices, our doors can be designed from 1 to 4 pieces, the prices are slightly different from each other.
Advantages compare with metal boxes
Will not rust
The biggest problem with metal crates compared to our fold up crates is that the material is prone to rust and it will infect the products you use, even if you can control the clean use of the metal crate, it can't be used for a long time, especially in very humid places.
Food grade
Compared to our fold up plastic crates, there are fewer metal cages that meet food grade standards, you can use them for food and medical industries, and even use them in very cold and hot places, which are also humid, but for metal crates, it will be a big problem.
Insulation
Due to the large difference in the raw materials used to make the crates, metal crates do have many limitations during use, especially for products that require an insulating environment, but you can use our folding storage crate plastic material for this industry.

More smooth surface
Wooden crates are not suitable for products that are easily damaged and have high requirements for packaging or transportation. Products such as cloth and laundry cannot be packed in wooden crates because smooth wooden crates can easily damage the fibers of the cloth, but you can use our stackable folding crates made of plastic material.
Folded feature
Wooden crates are a traditional product, cheap, unlimited in size when produced, and cheap, but compared with our stackable folding crates made of plastic material, they have a short service life, the wooden crate walls are unfolded, and the transportation cost is high.

Use recycle materials
We do not recommend customers to use recycled materials to produce folding stacking crates, otherwise we cannot guarantee the performance during use, if you use recycled materials, they do not meet food grade standards, but if you have a large order and are not used for very heavy goods, we can customize recycled material boxes for you.

Buy common products
Fireproof and FDA certified food grade large folding crate plastic materials do have a higher price, but these special products are used in special industries such as hospitals, medical centers, medical or food grade, etc. Compared with ordinary material plastic boxes, these special materials do have a higher price, if you use them for ordinary goods, we do not recommend you to buy these standard products.
How to custom a special
For a new mold
Folding stackable cratesThis is a more costly project, we prefer to develop new molds and new designs for folding crates with our customers, but if customers don't have larger orders, we still don't recommend them to do this kind of development, the cost will be high, because the parts of a folding crate are more than 20, which means you need to get new molds for more than 20.
However, if your order is really large, we can provide a lot of support, sometimes we can bear all the cost of the mold to support you, which requires a conversation to further understand each other and trust each other to start cooperation.
For a special product
For special purpose crates, you can get fireproof foldable harvest crates or FDA certified heavy-duty folding crates from us, these products are easy to produce in our factory, they depend on the formula we use and the environment we produce the products in the factory, they are easy to meet these standards.
But for fireproof plastic crates, FM certification is a necessary certification that our customers need, we don't have this certification until now, because the certification fee is very high, it is not a test, but an inspection system, but our products can meet the fireproof standards through the test.
