Blue
We do have stocks of blue storage tote normally and you can get blue tote container from us easily, but not all of the products are blue in our stocks which need to customized for some of the styles of the boxes, the MOQ will needed for these customized color and the request quantity is around 500 pieces.
Green
Green plastic totes is a common color which do have produced more in our factory, but we do have stocks of the green plastic storage totes for several model of the boxes which mostly used for vegetables and fruits with vented walls, colors can be done with any as your requested.
Black
Black plastic storage tote is the most popular product in our factory and also in the market, you can get different designs and different sizes of the boxes with black color, which is folded wall and fixed wall of the boxes are all can be bought from our factory.
How to produce a solid plastic pallet box
Most of our durable storage totes are made by injection mold machines which in our factory, like plastic pallets, plastic boxes and plastic dustbins, the production of the injection mold machines normally same and easy for all of the countries but it is not easy to control them with a smooth and stable production.
Preparation
The molds, raw material and the machines need to be adjustment and prepared for the extra large bin production, since the Plastic pellets are fed into the hopper of the injection molding machine, the hot temperature will melt and come into the mold which installation the machine, than cold them and get the finished products from the mold.
Adjustment
Each time for mold installation and adjustment is the complex step and need more time for large heavy duty plastic tubs, the machines need to open and make them in a good situation which suitable for production will take one to two house, and the production can be began until the temperature is stable, make sure the super quality of the plastic boxes.
Cooling and checking
Each mold do have matched weight of the warehouse totes since the injection mold product is more stable nowadays in our factory, the cooling process is necessary to get the finished products, the checking process is happened online since the production of each product is very slow, you have to wait several second, the more bigger of the products the slower of the production process.
Assemble or printed
Some of our bulk tote bins need to assemble if they need wheels installation before shipment, or the boxes are folded walls, there are more than 20 different parts for a full folded plastic boxes, so we have to prepare a area for the assemble of the boxes. The folded boxes will be shipped by folded and assembled, the logo or company info printed are also happened in this process.
Storage and loading
The huge of the plastic pallet on wheels will be moved to the warehouse different area, they separate into the stocks products or the products will be shipped soon. Our plastic products do have stable feature even the in a moisture place or in the rainy days, the loading time is quick and it will take around half hour for one container.
Recycled
Each production of crates with lid do have scrap or unqualified boxes, these products have to be crush by professional machines and recycled them into our other products like dustbin, plastic pallet to save as much cost as we can to low the price for our customers, different colors of the recycled materials will be separated also which can mixed into different colors of other products.
