While the traditional green color is widely used in the industry, our factory offers a variety of color options to suit different environments and branding needs. Each bin comes with a secure attached lid to prevent spills and odors, and the reinforced structure ensures compatibility with forklift machines for effortless transportation in warehouses, factories, or outdoor spaces.

Material Composition
Must use 100% virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ensuring chemical purity, durability, and resistance to environmental degradation without recycled additives.

Surface Quality
Exterior must exhibit smoothness, flatness, and absence of defects including ripples, scratches, black spots, impurities, bubbles, or cracks for hygiene and aesthetics.

Manufacturing Process
Barrel body, cover, and pins shall be seamlessly formed via single-step HDPE injection molding, eliminating joints to enhance structural integrity and leak resistance.
Product specification requirements
1. Volume: 240L (positive and negative deviation ≤ 2%);
2. Length × width × height about 720mm × 570mm × 1080mm; positive and negative deviations are required to be ≤ 10%, and can be matched with the collection vehicle without any obstacles;
3. Overall weight ≥ 14.8kg, single barrel weight ≥ 10.14kg;
4. Rubber wheel: not less than Ø200mm; weight ≥ 1.15kg; outer ring rubber;
5. Bottom shaft: Ø25mm × 550mm, metal galvanized shaft;

Demand confirmation
Product specifications: The customer specifies the type of trash can (home/commercial/outdoor), material (plastic/stainless steel, etc.), capacity, color, and function (pedal/sensor/classification, etc.).
Quantity: Preliminary determination of purchase quantity (sample order/small batch trial order/bulk order).
Certification requirements: Whether it is necessary to comply with specific international standards (such as ISO, CE, FDA, etc.) or environmental certification.
Quotation and contract signing
Formal quotation: We will provide a detailed quotation (FOB/CIF/DDP, etc.) based on the confirmed specifications.
Terms negotiation: payment method (T/T, letter of credit, etc.), delivery date, packaging method, after-sales terms, etc.
Contract signing: Sign PI (Proforma Invoice) or formal contract to clarify the responsibilities of both parties.
Payment Arrangement and Production and Inspection
We usually ask for a 30%-50% deposit upfront to kick things off. For bigger orders, no worries - we can split that deposit into flexible installments. During production, we'll keep you in the loop with regular progress photos or short videos. Need more detail? Just say the word - we'll also share interim inspection reports. This way, you can check quality, track timelines, and rest easy knowing everything's on track! Once everything's approved, just settle the balance before we ship. Easy!
