1. The plastic pallet is deformed
Due to the large size of the tray, post-shrinkage deformation tends to occur due to uneven cooling and inconsistent local melt orientation. It can be improved by increasing the cooling time and adjusting the injection pressure and rate. For general injection molding technicians, when adjusting the injection pressure and speed, often only one or two levels or all of them are set as default, which is not good for ensuring the quality of injection products.
2. The plastic tray is not full or the surface is not smooth
This is mainly because the injection pressure is not high or the injection rate is too low. Of course, the position adjustment of melt plasticization and injection must be correct first. Defects due to incorrect injection position are mainly in the trial phase.
