There may be some bad pallet manufacturers who cut corners in the process of reproducing new material pallets and use unqualified materials, causing the overall plastic pallets to be soft, fragile and easily deformed.
4. The cargo exceeds the load of the pallet.
The load capacity of each type of plastic pallet is different, such as Chuan and Tian characters, whether to add steel pipes, etc. The load of the pallet is divided into static load and dynamic load. When purchasing a plastic pallet, you should inform the manufacturer of the usage scenario of the pallet, the load requirements, etc., and choose the appropriate pallet model, otherwise the pallet will be damaged and deformed if the nuclear load exceeds the pallet.
