- SEAMLESS STRUCTURE
This large-capacity insulated box uses rotational molding technology to evenly cover the inner wall of the mold with heated molten PE fluid, and then forms a box-shaped object without gaps after cooling. This integrated structure avoids the gaps in the traditional splicing process and is different from the injection molding process. It completely eliminates the risk of leakage, is stronger, and has stronger sealing. It is especially suitable for liquid transportation or long-term storage that requires leak-proofing and scenarios with high requirements for temperature changes. At the same time, the overall durability of the box is much greater than that of ordinary boxes, and it is also more impact-resistant.
- COMPLEX SHAPE ADAPTATION
Due to the particularity of the rotational molding process, the internal structure of the box can be flexibly designed, such as adding internal grooves, reinforcing rib designs, or partition designs.These irregular designs can optimize space utilization (such as fixed bottled goods) and enhance the compressive strength of the container through structural reinforcement. Even when stacking heavy objects or transporting long distances, they are not easily deformed, adapting to the diverse needs of different industries for container shapes.
- MATERIAL ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS
The box is mainly made of food grade polyethylene (PE) material, which is non-toxic, odorless, and corrosion-resistant. It can directly contact food or drugs and meets FDA hygiene standards. PE material also has the characteristics of lightweight, acid and alkali resistance, easy daily cleaning, long service life, and can be recycled after disposal, balancing environmental protection and economy.
Composite insulation layer technology
- EFFICIENT INSULATION
The insulation layer of the pallet box is filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, similar to the principle of refrigerator insulation layer. This design effectively blocks the influence of external temperature. Its thermal conductivity is very low. In high temperature environments in summer, it can be refrigerated for up to 2-4 days. In winter, the insulation effect is better and more durable. It is suitable for extreme outdoor environments or cold chain transportation , and can significantly reduce energy consumption.
- LAYERED THICKNESS CUSTOMIZATION
Usually the thickness of the insulation layer can be adjusted within the range of 30-150mm. For example, when transporting frozen goods in special areas or in scenarios with extremely low temperature requirements, we can choose this boxes with a PU layer of more than 125mm. For normal temperature delivery, such a thick box is not needed, only a thin layer is enough. This design can not only control costs, but also accurately meet special requirements such as -25°C ultra-low temperature or 60°-70°C high temperature, which is very suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
Bottom Forklift Adaptation System
- DOUBLE TRACK/TRIPLE TRACK SLIDE DESIGN
2 or 3 thick steel rails are embedded at the bottom of the box, perfectly matching with forklift forks, making it easy to transport both manual oxen and large electric forklifts. The steel rail can bear up to 1.5-2 tons of weight, dispersing pressure to avoid deformation of the box body, especially suitable for frequent loading and unloading or long-distance transportation scenarios in warehouses, greatly reducing the difficulty of logistics operations.
- ANTI SLIP AND WEAR-RESISTANT TREATMENT
The bottom leg surface of the box is designed with anti slip patterns or wrapped with rubber layers. Felt is also a good choice if you want to reduce costs. These devices can prevent the box from accidentally sliding during forklift operation, reduce safety accidents, and also reduce friction noise between metal and the ground. The rubber layer can also protect warehouse floors, truck floors, etc. from scratches, extending the service life of equipment. With this protective device, the applicability of the box increases, and ceramic tiles or epoxy resin floors can also be used with confidence.
- OPTIMIZATION OF GROUND CLEARANCE
The design of the legs at the bottom of the box raises the bottom of the box by 8-15 centimeters, providing good ventilation and preventing water from seeping into the box or accumulating sediment on rainy days. This design allows the insulated box to adapt to complex environments such as docks, fishing boats, ships, kitchens, construction sites, etc. It also facilitates forklift insertion from two or four sides, improving handling speed and work efficiency.
